Premature Ejaculation Treatment

Premature ejaculation (PE) is the sudden and uncontrollable loss of ability or interest in having sexual intercourse sometime during the act. Premature ejaculation does not happen in all men, however it is most common with older men and it's also found with high anxiety. This disorder can greatly affect a person's self esteem, relationship, and sex life. There are a number of reasons that people lose their interest in having sex, and one such reason is PE. For those who are not familiar with the term Premature ejaculation it basically means ejaculating sooner than you or your partner would like. Click here for more details about 美國黑金

Many believe that this side effect of SSRIs may be responsible for the increasing number of men who suffer from premature ejaculation. However, this is only a small part of the possible causes. PE is often seen as a side effect of the serotonin drug, the serotonin reuptake inhibitor, or serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. The main goal of these drugs is to maintain a constant level of serotonin in the brain and keep nerve and hormone function normal. These medications are not without side effects however, and some of the more serious ones such as impotence and cardiac arrhythmias can be severe.

There have been several studies that have been done on the use of antidepressants and SSRIs with regard to premature ejaculation. One of these is a study done by the National Institute of Mental Health looking at the use of paroxetine, sertraline, fluoxetine, escitalopram and paroxetine in couples experiencing erection problems. The results of the study showed that there was an increased frequency of ejaculatory failure and early ejaculation. The SSRIs had little effect and only a minor increase in the number of erections that lasted longer than 4 minutes. There were no significant differences between the men using these different medications.

Another study looked at the relationship between smoking and premature ejaculation and the use of nicotine gum, patches, lozenges and inhalers. The results of this study showed that men who smoke had a significantly higher risk of having intercourse shortly after their last cigarette. Men who smoke have also been shown to delay ejaculation during sexual arousal. It was found that the withdrawal of nicotine from the gum, patches, lozenges and inhalers can greatly reduce or even stop premature ejaculation.

One of the most common methods of treatment for premature ejaculation is the squeeze technique. This technique involves pulling the testicles back into the body, first by pushing them down and then tightening them back up. Many physicians will recommend the stop-start technique as an alternative to the squeeze technique. The stop-start technique involves pulling the testicles up and then releasing them again without stopping. There are a number of different ways in which to do this technique, but they all have one important thing in common; if you pull forward during intercourse you should pull the pelvic floor muscles tight enough that ejaculation occurs.

Although many physicians and sex therapists are familiar with the squeeze method of treatment for premature ejaculation, it is recommended that you seek the advice of your doctor before trying this method. The stop-start technique can work when done correctly but if done incorrectly it can also lead to severe sexual dysfunction. If you are a smoker or suffer from any other type of sexually transmitted disease, be sure to discuss your situation with your physician before starting any type of sexual activity. Premature ejaculation can often be treated if both the physician and the patient are on the same page.
